The Golden Farmers Market promotes a vibrant local food culture by providing a community platform for the sale of locally produced agricultural & artisanal products. The market has been an ever-evolving fixture of the community since 2007 and Local Food Matters is delighted to take on the operations of the market in 2024!
Our goal is to create a vibrant, bustling community hub in which vendor small businesses thrive and community members come together around food & art.
Applications for the 2024 Summer Market Season will open on April 1st. We are currently accepting applications for the remaining winter markets
Summer Markets take place in Spirit Square from 10am-3pm on Wednesdays. The 2024 season runs from June 12th to September 25th
Winter markets take place indoors at the Mount 7 Rec Plex once a month from 10am-3pm. The 2024 market dates include Jan 13, Feb 10, Mar 23 and Apr 20
