We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the leadership team of our growing organization.

The Program Manager will work alongside the Executive Director to manage and administer the Golden Farmers Market as well as the Glean Golden Communal Harvest, School Meal , & Seed Swap Programs.

A permanent part-time position, this role varies seasonally requiring 10-15 hrs/wk through the winter, but peaking at 25 hrs/wk during the busy summer market season.

• have the ability to balance a variable schedule to meet program needs

• demonstrate capacity for diffusing and resolving conflict

• be comfortable troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to myriad challenges

• have physical capability for lifting and carrying program infrastructure (tents & signs, apple crates etc. up to 40lbs)

• have a valid driver’s license, & clean driving record

• provide their own own laptop 

• and able to balance a variable schedule to meet program needs  

Professional experience in the non-profit, public or social enterprise sectors is an asset. Familiarity with google drive, quickbooks, stripe, canva, and squarespace platforms is also beneficial.

Wage: $28-$32/hour commensurate with experience
